I contacted Westbrooks on recommendations from a member of my local cycling club after finding one of their bikes on sale that was suitable for myself. I called up and was advised they only had two left in my size, and they promised to reserve one for me for a couple of weeks while I arranged finances. After contacting them to confirm when I would be placing the order, the manager was extremely helpful and very reassuring. I placed my order via the website and my bike arrived very well sealed, with excellent prompts from the delivery company on when it would arrive and the name of the driver. Little things make the difference and Westbrooks certainly go the extra mile.
