Having never dealt with Westbrook Cycles before I can honestly say the service I received was first class. From my initial contact, enquiring about a previous advertised sale price, which they were prepared to honour (although they probably won't thank me for mentioning that : )) my communications and dealings with Paul were excellent. My order was placed at 5pm on Thursday evening and my new wheels were with me (well packaged) on Monday morning, on standard free delivery. Looking forward to the weekend, with the weather forecast on the south coast saying 15 degrees and sunny, to get out there and try them out.
