Overall a fantastic experience dealing with Westbrook Cycles from purchasing to delivery everything went very well, I was even able to change the delivery date to one that was more convenient and the on the day I was able to track the delivery lorry almost to my front door. I only have a couple of minor niggles, the first was that the bottom bracket had already been fitted to the frame which I had to remove in order to be able to do the internal Di2 cable routing and the second is that the frame is supplied with only 3 grommets to fill the Di2 cabling holes in the frame when there are 4 holes and the supplied grommets do not fit as they are oval and the frame holes are round.
