From start to finsh the service I received has been outstanding. I've lost count of how many questions I asked Paul before deciding to buy and he has been nothing but helpful and pleasant the whole time, great customer service. I ended up purchasing a scott foil with the new Ultegra 11 speed Di2. I ordered it on the Sunday night and it arrived in Ireland on Wednesday, that is quick! Everything was very well packed and the price was better than anywhere else. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Westbrook to anyone and will definitely be purchasing more in the future Thanks again Richard
