Very satisfied. I was considering buying the bike from Evans cycles until i saw Westbrook had the same bike considerably cheaper. I bought the bike on the Wednesday and by the weekend Westbrook had a weekend promotion on the bike where the bike was reduced a further £50, when i contacted them they instantly refunded the extra discount. I received the bike on the Monday and haven't looked back. Would definitely buy from them again. Great customer service, cheapest prices i've seen on the web and quick delivery.
