Brilliant service from Westbrook cycles. The free hub on my Cannondale Topstone needed replacing with under 500 miles done and well under a year of use. Stephen at Westbrook approached Cannondale who said that it was normal wear and tear, so would not replace it under warranty. Westbrook stepped in and replaced it themselves. The replacement part arrived by first class delivery the next day. Thank you to Stephen and Westbrook.
