It's been a while since I've bought a bike (6 years). I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and professionally the bike was delivered. Additionally, the flexibility of the delivery date was excellent (they initially wanted to deliver the bike the following day, however, I had to postpone the delivery date by a day). An excellent service throughout :)
