Great customer service = happy customer. The bike I ordered had been damaged in storage and as it was out of stock I was offered the next model up for the same price, which was already discounted. It’s the second bike I’ve bought from Westbrook. The first bike had some early Di2 issues which Westbrook collected, repair and shipped back without question and no cost to me. I would not hesitate to look here first next time.
