Phoned the shop with a few questions before placing an order on-line. Ordered mid-afternoon Tues and the bike had been despatched by Weds morning. I was going to be at work when the delivery was scheduled, but the courier let me arrange to collect from their depot Thurs afternoon without having to attempt a delivery first.
