I've had Scott bikes for many years including my first full carbon Scale to the more meaty Genius. The Spark 720 is a fantastic combination of speed and off road capability. The bike is light, fast and comfortable. The service from Westbrook was first class - fast and reliable delivery with timed slots and updates. The bike arrived in perfect condition. All I had to do was rotate the stem 180 degrees, fit the bars to it, put the front wheel on and put on my pedals. It was muddy within an hour of the box arriving!! I've since ridden it a few hundred miles on dry dusty trails and bridle ways. It has been faultless so far! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Westbrook Cycles again.
