Great customer experience. The guys at Westbrook changed the chain set for me as there was no compact bikes left in my size. The cost of the bike was amazing value in the sale and to top it off, Paul discounted by another £50 as he has price matched for another customer (which he didn't need to do as I would've never known). It's this type of customer service which means that I will be definitely going back to Westbrook for my next bike. Top marks all round.
