I ordered a minoura seperate speed / cadance sensor. Received the item promptly but upon opening the box it was actually a combined sensor I received. This was not what I needed for my set-up, fired off a quick e-mail which was responded to right away, sent my item back and as the item was no longer obtainable received a full refund even including my return shipping costs (unsollicitated), this only costed Westbrook money and still the service was first rate. highly recommended
