Sales person was fine. Delivery was "ok", not sure it was white glove. BUT and I emphasize BUT, the piece I received was a media console in the OTTO collection. Not exactly "cheap", but it certainly didn't appear as though it was ever polished or had any finish applied to it whatsoever. I am very disappointed and never would have bought it had I known it would look like it does. It was supposed to be blonde finish, which the sales person showed me a sample of the blond finish wood, however the piece looks PINK and the finish is as dry as a bone. It certainly does not compliment any of my existing furniture. I would hesitate to buy anything from West Elm again, as this was totally misrepresented.
