My husband & I have had Western Broadband for many years and have found it to work well for us. However, we recently thought we would switch to a larger global company. It was going to cost us quite a bit for the equipment and more monthly. The downside was that there is no way to contact that company in the event customer service was needed. When I contacted Western Broadband, they had recently had a big upgrade and could offer several levels of service, most cost less than the global company. For me, the ability to speak with a person who can answer my questions or troubleshoot any issues is key. Their staff is knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. We upgraded our plan & happily are staying with Western Broadband.
