First of all, when I telephoned with a query, the phone was immediately answered by a person who was most helpful. I ordered the item on-line at mid morning and had confirmation of receipt of order immediately. Later that day I received an email telling me the item had been dispatched. The item was delivered to my door early next morning. The whole process from ordering from Devon to delivery in Cheshire took less than 9 hrs!
