“Very poor. I ordered a front tow bar for transporter despite a confirmation phone call they later to confirm my order. In the afternoon I had a rude phone call telling me they didn't have it and it would be cancelled also tell me they hadn't charged me when they had.Really helpful as I had taken my bumper of ready to fit based on the information they had it from previous call. No offer of any compensation or good will gesture .AVOID will not use again”

“I was really struggling to urgently source a hub bearing assembly for a Franc Trailor, I forwarded a few pics of the item I needed and one of their chaps said I needed such and such, and sent me a link to the item. Easy to order and pay for.. I used tracked delivery option and less than 22 hours later the item was delivered safely. Very impressed with the service and would certainly recommend.”

“Came to western towing in desperate need for roof bars for the Ford ranger wildtrak I had on hire due to my car out of action due to an accident so I could get my roof box back home Had bars in stock at a fantastic price, fitted there and then, all done in around half an hour Overall a brilliant friendly service that helped me get all my stuff back home, thanks Highly recommended 👍”

“Had a Towbar Fitted here? Very Helpful. Skye was very good at making sure I understood how the towbar attached and detached. I would definitely, recommend Western Towing to anyone. I have just booked in my caravan for a Full habitation service too.”

“Booked my van in to have a tow hitch fitted, told them make a model before hand they said they could do it no problem, on the day of fitting they rang me to say they couldn't fit it because of shape of rear bumper; they then charged me £36 pounds saying it was a return charge for the towing hitch and took from deposit. really poor customer service would not recommend.”

“Ordered a tail light for my Erde 122 trailer. It was out of stock and there was a supply problem. However, they kept me informed and tried to chase the supplier. They then contacted me when the stock came in and it was delivered with 48hours. Excellent customer service. Well Done!”

“Have ordered items from these guys previously and always very helpful if you are not sure which part etc. you need. This time Parcelforce said they had tried to deliver my items which was rubbish, I rang Western and again couldnt be more helpful, they contacted Parcelforce and ensured it was delivered the next day which it was, they tracked it and even rang me to make sure I had received it. Proper service which is rare these days.”

“Ordered on line and had an issue trying to book next day delivery, spoke to the office and the chap couldn't be more helpful, even checked to make sure they had stock of the items I needed. Items arrived at 08:30 the following day without issue. Highly recommended and will definitely use again. Ian B (Glossop)”
