“Very poor. I ordered a front tow bar for transporter despite a confirmation phone call they later to confirm my order. In the afternoon I had a rude phone call telling me they didn't have it and it would be cancelled also tell me they hadn't charged me when they had.Really helpful as I had taken my bumper of ready to fit based on the information they had it from previous call. No offer of any compensation or good will gesture .AVOID will not use again”

“Booked my van in to have a tow hitch fitted, told them make a model before hand they said they could do it no problem, on the day of fitting they rang me to say they couldn't fit it because of shape of rear bumper; they then charged me £36 pounds saying it was a return charge for the towing hitch and took from deposit. really poor customer service would not recommend.”

“I have to admit delivery was excellent but this was totally eclipsed when I realised, after belatedly comparing other suppliers, that I had been blatantly screwed. I was charged a ridiculous amount for postage when others were selling the item for less including free postage. I really can't believe I didn't do a comparison first. If you are looking at this site do check around first.”

We can't quite believe this feedback, it's certainly not very helpful to anyone. The total paid for the item was £9.98 which was lock and keys for a coupling. It was half the manufacturers recommended retail price and the cost charged by Royal Mail first class post was £3.35, so you where not definitely not 'screwed'. We didn't force you to purchase from us, you should do your research of other suppliers BEFORE ordering NOT AFTER!
