I liked the quality of the shirts I bought but they didn’t fit my body well. I emailed customer service to ask to return the shirts. They responded that I had to ship them myself and write a specific number on the outside of the package. So I ended up keeping them and not returning them. I was honestly shocked at this return policy, usually a company will provide a return label via email or send a return envelope. Because of this, I will not be purchasing from Western Soul again.
