“Funny youd even ask for a review. I placed my order Jan 8,2025 and I'm still waiting for atleast 2 items from this same order. Id originally ordered for a special occasion..it didnt make it in time, the shipping is horrid and so is the service. You order stuff and it's not even in stock.”

Hi Sharon, Your order was shipped right away. You can see in the tracking from the UPS website that there was a weather delay. There is nothing we could have done on this end to get your package there any sooner. From the record, the weight of your package, everything was shipped to you but if you need help with this the best way to get help is not through a review app... you will need to contact customer service. These reviews are not seen often.
