“I never received my order. This is the second time I’ve ordered the same item. The first time it came broken and I could never get a response from the company regarding the broken item. I decided to order it again because I really liked it, but I have never received it!”

Regarding the first item, ALL BROKEN ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED ON RECEIPT. You left a message on Instagram, (not a serious attempt at getting customer service), a month after it was delivered. Regarding the second purchase, per your post office, the item was delivered to your mailbox, which is not close to your house, according to them. They sent photo of your mailbox to us, which was forwarded to you, where the package was left. However, we were able to file a claim and reimburse you for this "lost package".

You placed your order on Sunday September 28th and it was delivered 4 days later on October 2nd. You ordered a 2X pullover by Sterling Kreek and a 2X top by Sterling Kreek and they do not run small, in fact this brand tends to run to the larger side of things. As small business that strives to get good products and give great customer service, it is very frustrating to see reviews that are probably meant for another company. Please take care that you are leaving a review for the actual company that you bought something from.
