“I received my jewelry, which was all very lovely; however, my necklace came broken. I reached out to them to ask how to remedy this (send back, refund, etc), and I have never received any type of response.”

There was no serious attempt at getting customer service for this broken item. You left a message on Instagram a MONTH after your item was delivered. That is not the proper channel for customer service, and the automated messaged informed you to email us., which did not happen, nor was there a voicemail. Per our policy ALL BROKEN ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED ON RECEIPT. If you had informed us by email or phone, we could have filed an insurance claim for the broken item.

“Nice wallet. Size IS large- but I don't mind that, fits fine in my purse. Has plenty of room for all my cards. Pretty design. Only issue I had with the wallet...didn't undestand their need to put a snap clousure on it. Popped the snap off because I needed the slots the snap was in the way of. Otherwise, great wallet.”

“Western Soul is amazing! I ordered a blouse and a shirt for my daughter. I didn’t realize till I placed the order that I didn’t ship it to my daughter. I emailed western soul, and immediately they got back to me. They corrected my mistake and shipped it to my daughter’s address in Utah. I live in California. I absolutely love the clothes they’re so unique and so pretty. My daughter loves her new clothes.”
