“I liked the quality of the shirts I bought but they didn’t fit my body well. I emailed customer service to ask to return the shirts. They responded that I had to ship them myself and write a specific number on the outside of the package. So I ended up keeping them and not returning them. I was honestly shocked at this return policy, usually a company will provide a return label via email or send a return envelope. Because of this, I will not be purchasing from Western Soul again.”

“Loves the shirt however the wrong size was sent. I ordered an XL was sent XXL. Return was easy however this was a Christmas gift and there were no options of an XL to replace they were sold out !”

“I received my jewelry, which was all very lovely; however, my necklace came broken. I reached out to them to ask how to remedy this (send back, refund, etc), and I have never received any type of response.”

There was no serious attempt at getting customer service for this broken item. You left a message on Instagram a MONTH after your item was delivered. That is not the proper channel for customer service, and the automated messaged informed you to email us., which did not happen, nor was there a voicemail. Per our policy ALL BROKEN ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED ON RECEIPT. If you had informed us by email or phone, we could have filed an insurance claim for the broken item.

“The necklace i received was extremely cheap quality. I could have purchased this at Sam Moon for half the cost. Very disappointed. The top i purchased i did like it even though it was very shear.”

“Acceptable. Price was a shade high. The shipping speed was adequate; the shipping charge, again, was a bit higher than it should have been. Also, the item was packaged poorly. A thin plastic bag, in my mind, is not sufficient protection for a cloth garment. If there is a small tear in the bag, and the item is delivered in inclement weather water can get in and cause damage. On the plus side, the garment was properly sized and fit as expected and was exactly the pattern advertised. That said I will not be purchasing again from this site. "Acceptable" and "adequate" are not in my mind words to describe a seller with whom I want to do business.”

“I loved the two shirts i bought. But i only received one. Instead of a plain black shirt I needed for a mans 90th biryhday party at a church, i received a very low cut whiskey shirt. It was not appropriate at all to wear but i unfortunately i didn't have time to order another. Had to just go to khols to buy a shirt instead. My little brother took the tag off so i don't feel right returning it either so now i have a shirt ill necer wear that i had to pay for twice (if you count the emergency shirt i had to buy)”

“Order was simple and quick. However I was a little disappointed on actually size of items. One necklace was short and the other very long and thick in size. I was a bit disappointed by the necklace beads being so big. May still send item back?”

“I was very pleased with the necklace I bought. However, it was a set and the earrings did not come with it. When I inquired they told me they did t have anymore. I was credited $5 and kept the necklace. Just wish I could have gotten the set as advertised.”

“Western Soul has some beautiful clothing. My problem is that nothing fits when I buy online. I had to return my top and it ended up costing me $15 ($5 to ship to me and $10 to ship back) just to try a shirt on! I will not do that again. There are places that will let you exchange for no additional charge.”

“The customer service and shipping is great. The product was cheap and did not look like what it did in the pictures. It looks like it came from China and not a western store. I wanted to return it but could not in short notice.”
