Funny youd even ask for a review. I placed my order Jan 8,2025 and I'm still waiting for atleast 2 items from this same order. Id originally ordered for a special occasion..it didnt make it in time, the shipping is horrid and so is the service. You order stuff and it's not even in stock.

Hi Sharon, Your order was shipped right away. You can see in the tracking from the UPS website that there was a weather delay. There is nothing we could have done on this end to get your package there any sooner. From the record, the weight of your package, everything was shipped to you but if you need help with this the best way to get help is not through a review app... you will need to contact customer service. These reviews are not seen often.

I never received my order. This is the second time I’ve ordered the same item. The first time it came broken and I could never get a response from the company regarding the broken item. I decided to order it again because I really liked it, but I have never received it!

Regarding the first item, ALL BROKEN ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED ON RECEIPT. You left a message on Instagram, (not a serious attempt at getting customer service), a month after it was delivered. Regarding the second purchase, per your post office, the item was delivered to your mailbox, which is not close to your house, according to them. They sent photo of your mailbox to us, which was forwarded to you, where the package was left. However, we were able to file a claim and reimburse you for this "lost package".

Disappointed. The size looks like it would fit a toddler ! And it took forever (weeks) to get here and then didn’t fit anyway ! And yes I went off the size chart you have. 🙄

You placed your order on Sunday September 28th and it was delivered 4 days later on October 2nd. You ordered a 2X pullover by Sterling Kreek and a 2X top by Sterling Kreek and they do not run small, in fact this brand tends to run to the larger side of things. As small business that strives to get good products and give great customer service, it is very frustrating to see reviews that are probably meant for another company. Please take care that you are leaving a review for the actual company that you bought something from.

Hi Gayle, We have shipping insurance. Your order shows to have been delivered on March 19th. The best way to let us know there is a problem is by calling or emailing. The reviews are not seen very often. I have emailed you a link to complete your part of the claim.

Hi Tamara, Your package was returned to us because of a bad address. The label said "return to sender, no mail receptacle, unable to forward." When there was no response to our emails informing you of this it was refunded. When these things happen, we give it about 24 hours for a response, if there is no response, we then do a refund. The order was shipped on January 13th and it was refunded on Jan. 22. There have been several emails to you regarding this order.

Very disappointed in tops I ordered. Very poor quality, it wasn't like this a year ago. Material so thin you can see your under garments, I threw away over $60 in clothing. Don't waste your money.

The tops you ordered are the mesh tops. They are thin and that's the way they are made. It does state mesh in the description. They are for layering or wearing a cute bralette underneath. You're always welcome to return, new, unworn, items that you do not like within the return period.

I apologize for your not receiving the package. As you know, per the tracking number, it is awaiting the delivery scan. Unfortunately, we were not able to assist you because you disconnected the call as we attempted to explain the procedure for missing/lost mail. I ordered a small and the shirt was more of a large fit. Also the color was way off. It looked nothing like the picture in display. I was very disappointed went from expecting a hot pink to receiving a light pink.

Not really related to your store but rather the quality of the clothing. The shirt that i ordered was $40 but was made very cheaply and its ugly. I would send it back but that would cost almost half of what i paid for the shirt. I am extremely disappointed.

I was not able to return. Wanted to return due to quality of product not reaching my expectations. I did take the tags off, but had all the original packaging and had the tags too. They still would not take back.

Hi Connor, I'm sorry your package was delayed in the mail. It was shipped within 30 minutes of your placing your order. Unfortunately USPS is having a bad time with Covid with reduced staff and many more packages. I do see your ordered was delivered on 1-4-2021. As stated on our website all shipping times are estimates. We cannot guarantee delivery times because of the pandemic. Down grading my review to 1 because I tried to return the wallet that I bought. It had not been used and they said it showed signs of use and demanded that I pay shipping back to me.
