“The material and size are all very accurate however I hate both pair of jeans due to the length. I’m not a short girl I’m about 5’ 7 and these jeans (even with heels or boots) are so unnecessarily LONG I mean the average woman is not 6 foot tall! Do better”

We do not manufacture these jeans and measurements are on the website for everyone to see the inseam sizes.

“I ordered 12 days before my vacation. The Midwest got snow and President Carter’s funeral were the excuses I received for not receiving top. Top came while I was on vacation. What a shame it would have looked cute in Vegas! Lesson I learned, If you want your items sooner, you have to pay extra for faster shipping! 🥲😞🙁”

Hi Vicky, You placed your order on the 5th and the post office was in possession of it on the 6th. There's nothing we could have done on our end to get it there any faster. If you need an item quickly, there are other options for shipping on the website that you can choose. You selected Ground Advantage, which is the post office. We have no control over USPS holidays or the weather, unfortunately.

“Received my ring and it looked beautiful. I was getting ready the next morning and went to wear it for the first time and the center stone pops out and goes down the drain of my sink. I never even got to wear it.”

“It took almost two weeks for me to receive order from vendor. Order was rerouted and sat in USPS Ny distribution center for several days before it being sent through other transportation services.”

Hi Laura, Thanks for shopping with Western Soul but am quite confused by this review. Could you have this mistaken with another store? I see one order for you..it was placed on February 20th and delivered on February 23rd.

The order for the Yuma Yoga Bra was placed on January 16th and it was delivered it on the 21st of January per the tracking number. You left another review of the item on another platform, so I am sure you received it.

“My checking shows the payment for my top came out on 11/15/2022. As of today 12/10/2022 I haven’t even had an email that my top has been shipped. Slow, slow, slow want to order more but afraid I will never receive it. Poor service”

The tracking number shows it was delivered on October 29th and you placed the order on October 25th. There was no expedited shipping pain for on the order.
