Awful. Booked trip last minute London for our anniversary. Booked first class so didn’t grab any refreshments before boarding train for a 2 hour journey. No refreshments at all on
train to buy which Is biggest gripe! Not on whole train!! Hungry fed up.
Rubbish start to our trip.
First class on these trains is a piece of material over the chair that says first class. Rip off - complete waste on money. No difference - just a rip off. So disappointed.
We have cancelled return ticket
