Have been waiting six months since the order date to get our wardrobe which should have only taken 10-12 weeks. Parts arrived damaged, as did the replacements. Customer service started off strong but ultimately they do not read your messages carefully and respond accurately. After loving this company for months, the terrible experience purchasing this very expensive wardrobe has turned me off the company.
