We received our 2nd order from Westwing today, it was even more disappointing than our first order. The first order was a partial defected product and Westwing replied: they have no more spare items to replace it.
Our second order arrived today was NOT what we ordered and defected as well. The reply from Westwing was exactly the same as their previous one: they have NO spare item to replace their mistake but a partial refund.
Be aware of the trouble and disappointment you might put yourself in when dealing with them.
