Ordered samples for an important customer. These did not arrive and when I rang to chase the order the person at the end of the line was very abrupt and unfriendly. However, he did say they would be posted out that same day. I rang a week later as the samples has still not arrived and was again told that the samples would be posted out.
They did finally arrive, but my experience with this company was not good and therefore I would not recommend tham.
