“My first experience was fantastic I ordered 3 wall panels and accessories online and everything worked perfectly and was called for delivery date and everything was delivered on time so would have been 5 stars. The second time my order was taken for another 2 wall panels over the phone via the Newcastle store and I paid by CC. I got no order confirmation for this and it seemed whilst it had been processed it had not been passed to the delivery team. I called a couple of times and eventually my order was tracked down and promptly delivered. Hence my 3 star rating otherwise would have been 5 stars”

“Used this company for stuff for my sons flat and had great service , returned to the Hillington branch to buy wet wall for ourselves, to renovate an old bathroom, again, prices were good. Service was great , had to return a trim I didn't need, to their other store in Kilmarnock, the refund was done while I was standing there. Brilliant 👏”

“I was very happy with how easy it was to place my order and to contact your company if I needed to. I received a call the day before to confirm delivery then a call the next day to confirm time slot if delivery. Half our room has been completed so far and we are already very happy with your product. Thank you .”
