“Really happy with the terrazzo wet wall we have purchased and installed. A pattern we didn't find anywhere else and at a good price. Although it wasn't clear at time of ordering that shipping to my address wasn't available (not least because a sample had been posted out with no fuss) the company arranged shipping for an additional cost which still worked out cheaper than our second choice product.”

“Good delivery, driver was really friendly. Like the product. Didn't receive the adhesive unfortunately and only had 24 hrs to let them know which I didn't realise.”

“Haven't received full delivery yet but the driver has been in touch explaining why & thankfully it's not holding up fitting. Products look good but would need to start cutting/fitting the panels to be able to assess the full picture.”

“Speed of delivery was remarkable. Although I was not notified before to let me know it was coming. Luckily I was at home otherwise the delivery would have been abortive. Product was well packaged although one panel had water damage to the cardboard.”

“Shop display was good, Web was shown trim sold out ,but Shop sales assured it was in stock, and changed my on line order to the correct trim which was delivered with the panels also the driver assisted in getting the panels into the house”

Hi Roddy Thank you for leaving a 4-star review for Wet Walls & Ceilings. It's greatly appreciated. In regards to the issue with the trim, sometimes the system is a tad slow in catching up with the actual stock levels in our warehouse and so the site may show as out of stock on a particular product but we may have just received stock that day or late afternoon the day before. “No issue with ordering, however I received a call at work to say the delivery driver was at my door no one is in. I never receive any notification email/text/call, to say items had been dispatched, or when they were being delivered. I had to leave the boards in the garden for hours before I got home.”

“Ordering online was easy. Staff member in Hillington kindly sent sample for free before order. Only problem we had was one panel was damaged and our local branch Hamilton was closed so another journey was needed to Hillington. Staff changed the damaged panel no bother.”

“Service to delivery was fine no problem. As yet because of Covid the wet walls are still in their packages awaiting my back to be good enough to work, or workers are allowed into your home to carry out the installation.”
