unreliable still not recirved all of the samples paid for. ordered elsewhere

Hi Colin I am so sorry that you did not receive your samples. Our system tells us that your samples were dispatched on the 13th April via Royal Mail. Only now via this review have we learned that you failed to receive them. If you had let us know earlier we would have sent these out again. I will generate your refund with immediate effect and can only apologise for the failure to receive the samples you had ordered. Best Regards Andy

Hi Tobias I am so sorry that you received an order that was incomplete and damaged. I don't know what was the reason behind you not receiving your full order and can only apologise for it being damaged also. Wet wall arrived quick but we had no despatch email to let us know when arriving. Delivery driver phoned my partner at work and she had to leave early from work to get wet wall which had to be left in garden. I left 2 emails and heard nothing back. Probably won't use again.

Hi Terry First of all, I am so sorry that our staff did not reply to your emails on the 20th and 21st April in regards to your order. I don't have a reason behind why they failed to do this and can only apologise. In regards to the dispatch emails - you would have received your order confirmation on the 16th April at around 12.32 and the dispatch email on the 17th April at around 10.40 - as this is what our system has on record. If it was not received into your email inbox, then it may have ended up in your junk or spam folder. But again, this does not make up for the fact that you did not receive any contact from us following your emails. Best Regards Andy

I received the order but part of it was wrong I rang the driver Chris nice man ,I was told I would be contacted by someone to rectify the problem but unfortunately no one contacted me so I rang the driver again but was told it was the correct material but from a different company but when checking the goods found it was a completely different pattern finally I contacted the office and THEN I had a text from you ,I was told they would send the correct material .Ithen recieved it 5 days later .

Hi Brian, I am sorry about the service that you received. We were advised by the driver that he had delivered the wrong packs to you in the first instance. He had then advised our web team of the order, but he had mixed up the orders with yourself and another customer, so what we were looking at was the other customer's order instead of your own hence the comment about the 'correct material but different name from another supplier'. We can only hold our hands up and apologise profusely for these errors. The delivery of the correct packs took five days as the driver brought them back down on his next run to England and Wales, we didn't want to send them out via courier incase they were received damaged further delaying your project. We were made aware by the driver when he was speaking to us that he had advised you that the correct packs would be delivered 'next week' and that you were fine with that as you were not doing the work until after boxing day. If we had known you were wanting them quicker than the following week, we would have just sent them out via our courier. Sorry once again. Best Regards, Andy

Hi Peter, We would like to understand why you left a two star review after placing and receiving your sample order. Normally, when leaving a review it is based on the product quality, the service, delivery etc. We did send out the correct sample that you requested in a timely fashion - with all the relevant information on the panel within its product page - we would just like to understand what part of your experience made you leave a negative review? Quite happy with the products (so far) but they supplied 2 wrong panels and missed out two trims! We had the panels shipped to France and have only just got them and opened them so there's not much they can do now. If I ever use Wet Walls and Ceilings agaain, I will check very carefully and quickly that the order supplied is as ordered.

Hi Nik, First of all, I would like to apologise to start with and say that shortages or discrepancies within our orders are very rare and would have been rectified immediately if we had been notified within the allotted time period, sadly you have not informed our customer service team of this issue until now almost two months after you received the goods. We ask all of our customers to check their orders within 24 hours of delivery and to contact us immediately over any issues related to their order. Unfortunately, your order was dispatched at the end of September and received several days after that at an address you stipulated in England, if it had been checked then we would have addressed any discrepancies that arose immediately. In regards to your order being dispatched to France, as stated before you ordered, we only deliver within the UK and so any issues relating to a delivery to France that you have organised yourself is not within our realm of responsibility and I would advise you to contact the courier company you ordered to deliver the goods.
