My first experience was fantastic I ordered 3 wall panels and accessories online and everything worked perfectly and was called for delivery date and everything was delivered on time so would have been 5 stars. The second time my order was taken for another 2 wall panels over the phone via the Newcastle store and I paid by CC. I got no order confirmation for this and it seemed whilst it had been processed it had not been passed to the delivery team. I called a couple of times and eventually my order was tracked down and promptly delivered. Hence my 3 star rating otherwise would have been 5 stars

Sample didn't arrive but they quickly arranged another and would have ordered but the nearly £50.00 delivery charge put me off and I ordered from somewhere else.

Pleased with our order. However, received a call informing of the delivery day and approximate time and arranged to be in. Delivery did not happen, so the next day I called and was told there had been a problem but would be contacted later that day to confirm delivery the following day. That didn't happen. So yet another call by me confirmed that it would be delivered that day and the driver did call in advance to check I'd be in. He also brought the items into the garage, which was very good. Whilst I understand that problems can happen it would be good customer service to at least keep the customer informed.

Perfect in the shop at Edinburgh but my samples in order didn’t turn up . And they sent more but then I didn’t need them by the time they came. Then I hand them back to the driver from the company

I ordered a wall panel sample and it arrived a few days later. The sample has a handwritten colour reference on the back, but no contact details for WW&C, so I had to fish the envelope out of the bin which had the company's name printed on the envelope. I was very happy with the sample quality and created my order on the online store. I then struggled to enter any delivery details. I eventually found a page that said WW&C had suspended all deliveries to the Highlands, England and Wales due to rising delivery and fuel costs and they only accepted collect only customers. I was surprised by this, why don't they offer a delivery price and then allow the customer to choose if they will accept the cost. We all know there is a cost of living crisis and that prices are increasing and have to be passed on to the customer. I think WW&C may lose some business with their new none delivery policy.

I ordered 2 seperate pairs of samples. 1st pair came within a few days , good sample size, good condition. 2nd pair still haven’t arrived and no updates received, so feeling concerned .

The sample arrived quickly, however the cut on 2 of the samples shows very little of the actual design of the tile and the print looks blotchy. Im going to have to order full size samples as they are to difficult to interpret for the client

Hi Amy We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the sample that you received. According to our system, the Dumapan Metro tile effect sample you received was the only sample order you placed and sounds like you may have mixed up samples ordered from other companies with our one. Our 99p Samples are cut to a size of around A5 at most so that they can fit into the packaging and shows the design as much as they can. With some designs, you see more of the design than others but the sample should have given you a clear indication of the design, colour and makeup of the panel. Best Regards Andy

Make sure you have enough as they change the patterns and don't let you know. And when you don't have enough they just say tough.

Hi, Thank you for placing a review with us. In regards to your specific issue, you placed two orders with us under two different names and two different addresses with a two month gap. Realistically, how could we come to the conclusion that it was for the same person? If your second order had been under the same name as the first then we would have contacted you immediately asking for the batch number of the previous panels you ordered to match up the second order. You failed to highlight this yourself until you had received your order and cut one of the panels. We don't change the patterns as we do not manufacture them. When suppliers manufacture the panels there is a slight colour variation between different batches as they are made at different times and once one batch is sold out they move onto the next batch - this is why we tell customers to advise us of the previous batch numbers they received so that we can source the correct batch. This is highlighted on the website and on your email confirmations. At no time did anyone tell you 'tough' - we actually stated: "Having looked at the two orders placed - the first order placed in June was under a different name to the one placing the second order. Our current stock is a different batch to that of back in June and if we had known you have placed an order back in June [via your son] we would have advised you of the different batch and the colour variation between them." You then replied saying 'thank you'. If you had not opened the pack and cut one of the panels, we would have accepted the return of the pack and tried to source the correct batch as per our Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy.

We messed up original 1st order not realising we were ordering 2 x m2 rather than 2 x boxes and also allegedly their delivery costs had increased but they, kindly, kept the cost the same as original order £35 (which itself it v steep) but we would have appreciated a discount maybe on the £64 cost. That said I suppose not charging the higher £56 delivery charge is a saving :( Not yet fully opened packaging as bathroom not due to be done until 27/9/21

Hi Melanie Thank you for sending us your review. In regards to your initial comment about believing you were ordering two boxes instead of 2 sqm - the order confirmation states that you were ordering two sqm and on the product page you simply had to click on the options dropdown to select sqm/box/single tile/sample. When I spoke with your partner, the delivery cost had increased to £59 since you last made your purchase, but as you have mentioned we matched your previous delivery cost as a gesture of goodwill. Since talking to your partner, the pricing structure of our deliveries has been amended once again to £39.95 rather than the £35 that you paid. As for the discount on the order you were hoping for - you in fact received a 5% discount on the product itself as you did with your first order. Again this was done as a gesture of goodwill to match your first order exactly. I would advise you as we do with every customer to check the contents of your order for any damages/faults etc rather than waiting until the installation date - as per our terms and conditions. Hi Anthony, First of all, thank you for leaving your review and for your comment on the customer service that you were provided. As for the colour match issue, we fully understand your frustration but as per our email correspondence we advise all customers to check their order within 24 hours of receiving them as well as making sure everything is okay before installation. Sadly, you had installed the panels by the time you had contacted us and could not provide photo evidence of the different colours. Likewise the order that you received were two different sized panels/packs and as mentioned these are not made at the same time so would be different batches hence the slight colour variation. I am sorry that we could not resolve it in your favour, but without photo evidence of the panels we could not take this further for consideration. Best Regards Andy

Hi, I am sorry to hear that we delivered your order to the wrong address, looking at your order it looks like it has been mistakenly sent to the billing address rather than the desired shipping address. Oops! This sort of thing rarely happens if at all, and I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.
