Unfortunately still waiting on my order arriving. No response from 3 emails I sent, not the best response time. Finally phoned to be told I should have received them and order is being sent again.

Purchased shower panels from WET WALL WORKS, absolute disaster. The pattern is coming off the panels. Rupert has only offered replacement panels, I have no faith in the panels and what about the cost of installation and the damage removing the shower , shower tray and panels. Absolute shambles, what a complete disaster. The panels have never been washed with any detergent they are not that old purchased 2022. Will be going through Trading Standards

Satisfied with a complete bathroom until the panels started blistering and peeling(afterafewmonths). Nothing but hassle and fobbing off for the last 8 months. Numerous phone calls and emails with no response whatsoever. Definitely would not recommend. Now in the process of starting court action

Mr Noble we agreed that your batch was faulty and the manufacturer has agreed to reimburse you and has offered compensation for refitting . I am at a loss to see my you feel that court action is necessary. We have not had a response to the offer made a few months ago . Gary

Placed order online choosing a product that said 'in stock'. Heard nothing so emailed for delivery date and got no response. Called and eventually got a call back to say one of my items was out of stock. This was over a week since I'd placed the order and I only found out because I called them. Had to choose another product as bathroom was due to be fitted following week. Very poor communication and customer service. Gave one star as delivery was quite quick once I'd chose alternative product.

Ordered samples for an important customer. These did not arrive and when I rang to chase the order the person at the end of the line was very abrupt and unfriendly. However, he did say they would be posted out that same day. I rang a week later as the samples has still not arrived and was again told that the samples would be posted out. They did finally arrive, but my experience with this company was not good and therefore I would not recommend tham.

Been asked to share my experience with wet walls! Only way to describe it is a waste of time! Ordered samples on 9th April when didn’t arrive I phoned them on 21st and was told they would resend them. Received 2 emails from Gary, the owner thanking me for my order and asking what I thought of the service. 🤬 I have since read the reviews about the company and all I can say is think I have been lucky it only cost me £5 and a few coppers as now 1st may and still no samples. Iam quite happy to forget about that as could have cost me a lot more if I had placed my order. Plenty of other companies out there who Iam sure will be happy to take my order and my cash!

Hi I am so sorry that you did not receive your samples. All emails sent out are automatically generated following your order being placed and then dispatched, and unfortunately, we would not have known you had not received your samples until you contacted us as we send them out via Royal Mail and not by a courier with tracking details. We did resend your samples out according to our system, so I don't know why you have not received that either. I will generate your refund with immediate effect and can only apologise for the failure to receive the samples you had ordered. Once again, I am so sorry about the service you received. Hi Karen I am sorry that you have not received our Multipanel samples as of yet. These are sent directly by the brand themselves - unlike the PVC panel sample that you received which was sent by our team. We are at the mercy of the brand when sending out samples and I am sorry that you have yet to receive them. This is the first time that we have heard from you that you had not received your samples and I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. I have contacted the brand this morning to send out the three samples, they should have sent out, again. Best Regards Andy

I ordered 2 samples 3.5 weeks ago, still not arrived. I phoned up after one week to be told 'oh.... I'll get those ordered'. I thought they were ordered! I emailed after 2 weeks and was told 'there's been a bereavement'. Does only one person work at this place? Now 3.5 weeks, no sign of my samples and no sign of a refund. If samples take this long I'm glad I didnt order sereral boards!

The sample never arrived On 10/02 I e-mailed to say the sample had not arrived please send another This was not acknowledged and still no sample received. Should I look elsewhere for my wall boards?

Hi Derrick, We are sorry that you never received your sample first time round. We send all samples via Royal Mail and it was dispatched on the 4th February, so you should have received it long before the 10th February. Unfortunately, your email was not picked up on the 10th February as the person tasked with sending out the samples had been off due to a family bereavement. Hi Robert Your order was dispatched on the 4th February, the day that you ordered it. Unfortunately, no message was left with our web/warehouse team to dispatch a new sample to you from the store staff and I apologise for this. I will refund your sample cost with immediate effect.
