Pleased with our order. However, received a call informing of the delivery day and approximate time and arranged to be in. Delivery did not happen, so the next day I called and was told there had been a problem but would be contacted later that day to confirm delivery the following day. That didn't happen.
So yet another call by me confirmed that it would be delivered that day and the driver did call in advance to check I'd be in. He also brought the items into the garage, which was very good. Whilst I understand that problems can happen it would be good customer service to at least keep the customer informed.
