“Another good experience of buying from this company. The product was in stock and the staff were extremely helpful carrying supplies out to our vehicle. The company has a great selection of wet wall and ceiling board with great package deals which include everything needed for the job. Thanks again”

“We are delighted with the click vinyl flooring we bought. It was easy to work with and great quality. The price was excellent and they took back an unopened box. We were desperate to get the floor down so they delivered from Glasgow the next day. I can’t fault them on the product or customer service and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“Pleased with our order. However, received a call informing of the delivery day and approximate time and arranged to be in. Delivery did not happen, so the next day I called and was told there had been a problem but would be contacted later that day to confirm delivery the following day. That didn't happen. So yet another call by me confirmed that it would be delivered that day and the driver did call in advance to check I'd be in. He also brought the items into the garage, which was very good. Whilst I understand that problems can happen it would be good customer service to at least keep the customer informed.”

“Purchased shower panels from WET WALL WORKS, absolute disaster. The pattern is coming off the panels. Rupert has only offered replacement panels, I have no faith in the panels and what about the cost of installation and the damage removing the shower , shower tray and panels. Absolute shambles, what a complete disaster. The panels have never been washed with any detergent they are not that old purchased 2022. Will be going through Trading Standards”

“Satisfied with a complete bathroom until the panels started blistering and peeling(afterafewmonths). Nothing but hassle and fobbing off for the last 8 months. Numerous phone calls and emails with no response whatsoever. Definitely would not recommend. Now in the process of starting court action”

Mr Noble we agreed that your batch was faulty and the manufacturer has agreed to reimburse you and has offered compensation for refitting . I am at a loss to see my you feel that court action is necessary. We have not had a response to the offer made a few months ago . Gary

“Outstanding from start to finish. We ordered samples prior to ordering as distance was an obstacle for looking round the showroom. The samples arrived with in 48 hours. We took our time making a final choice as there was so much to choose from. We opted to purchase in store on this occasion and with further customer service advice we were paid, loaded and heading for home within 20 minutes. This is the second purchase from wet wall & ceiling and it wont be the last !”

“Placed order online choosing a product that said 'in stock'. Heard nothing so emailed for delivery date and got no response. Called and eventually got a call back to say one of my items was out of stock. This was over a week since I'd placed the order and I only found out because I called them. Had to choose another product as bathroom was due to be fitted following week. Very poor communication and customer service. Gave one star as delivery was quite quick once I'd chose alternative product.”

“Perfect in the shop at Edinburgh but my samples in order didn’t turn up . And they sent more but then I didn’t need them by the time they came. Then I hand them back to the driver from the company”
