Have reported to BBB. This travel company has poor customer service. I paid for three in a room I had an accident and I had to cancel, I have the insurance, I was requested to pay money because now it is too in the room . The company is keeping the money I paid for thre. Insurance is paying me back. This company is Double Dipping
