Customer support is FANTASTIC. They’re always quick with the solution on chat. Slightly slower by email at times. The part they got right is the payment reporting. Everything is consolidated in downloadable Excels and makes my accounting easy. Wire transfers are convenient to pay vendors and reasonably priced ($15).
