Really easy process. From the first telephone call to the updates from the team about the person assessing my car coming just 30 mins early, text for updated and actually selling my car was really simple. They gave me the best price out of any of the car companies I looked into. Kerion was really helpful and my car was paid off the same day and collected 3 days later. I had my refund from the DVLA for my tax for my old car within 4 days and acknowledgement about my old car being sold the same day.
