“I'm currently sat waiting for my car to be picked up it's 3.20pm and my car was supposed to be collected at 9-1. My first phone call was at 11 as I was meant to have received a confirmation text, the advisor said not to worry call back at 12.30. I called again my situation was marked as urgent and they will contact the driver. 1.30 I called again not been able to contact the driver bear with us. Called again at 2.30pm to make a complaint. Was left on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up called back, spoke to someone who said he had a message that someone is just trying to contact the driver now...
Offered no solution no alternative, no reason, just this isn't my department. No one is currently available in that department to help you. No offer to rearrange the collection. Nothing seems connected, the transport and the customer service must be a completley different company, they can't find solutions or even answers when something goes wrong.
Just left waiting ALL DAY for the car to be collected with not a single call from them to explain what's going on or even that they're looking at it.
In fairness the person who arrnaged the offer for my car was excellent, however they do not have a customer service department.”

“Super painful process. Asked for certain items, provided them, then wanted more. Seven phone calls later after request and request and provided them everything they asked for, finally decided that we should rebook the appointment. Must have spoken to at least 6 different staff members who all give different opinions on what you need to do to sell the car.”
“Really easy process. From the first telephone call to the updates from the team about the person assessing my car coming just 30 mins early, text for updated and actually selling my car was really simple. They gave me the best price out of any of the car companies I looked into. Kerion was really helpful and my car was paid off the same day and collected 3 days later. I had my refund from the DVLA for my tax for my old car within 4 days and acknowledgement about my old car being sold the same day.
Would recommend the company - and if needed would use again in the future. Have already recommended to others.”
