waited a week for booking appointment no one turned up and no decency to text they were not arriving having chased up any news regarding my booking i was told they were very sorry and i would be given a priority booking, waiting a further 5 minutes on the phone I was told my priority booking was 6 days later. went elsewhere the day later and had a pleasant experience

Super painful process. Asked for certain items, provided them, then wanted more. Seven phone calls later after request and request and provided them everything they asked for, finally decided that we should rebook the appointment. Must have spoken to at least 6 different staff members who all give different opinions on what you need to do to sell the car.
