waited a week for booking appointment
no one turned up and no decency to text they were not arriving
having chased up any news regarding my booking i was told they were very sorry and i would be given a priority booking, waiting a further 5 minutes on the phone I was told my priority booking was 6 days later.
went elsewhere the day later and had a pleasant experience
