Very personable staff who are always able to tune in to your jewellery considerations and keen to find solutions that match your wishes and your budget. For example our younger daughter and fiancé were given superb suggestions when they outlined their wishes for wedding rings and were really happy with two rings that met their design wishes and their budget. I often like to browse and always find the staff welcome to let you do some unpressurised mooching. A gem of a shop in St Albans and one that I often recommend to friends. 😁
