Elaine was in charge of our Vatican tour. Estremely knowledgeable, easy to hear, even humourous at times. Loved it. Mario showed us the colloseum. Even though it was raining, we learned so much, and thoroughly enjoyed the process. Very personable and full of fun tidbits besides grounded facts.
