What a lifesaver. I traveled with two friends all females as well as myself and had some concerns because this was an internet booking based on what I read.The airport pick up was on time and the driver was friendly, informative and very patient. He had to take us to a different location because our room was occupied by the previous tenant who got sick the day he was supposed to leave. He did so and waited to take us to the office where the tour was to start.The owner was also very nice and after verfying that I was catholic gave me tickets for the canonization of John Paul II. What a treat!!! The tour was perfect as was our "piano, piano" guide. She was knowledgeable,very informative and patient as well. We felt secure and attended every step of the way.I have nothing but praises for this company, highly recomend it without reservations
