Vincenzo did an amazing job. He was interesting and was always happy to answer questions. He addressed everyone by their name. It made you feel important. I highly recommend this company for tours. The headphones that amplified the guides voice were very helpful. I also think that they are very lucky to have a guide like Vincenzo.
