The welcome at the offices near the Vatican was warm and friendly. The tour guides round the Vatican and Colosseum were friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of insight into both places. They answered lots of questions and brought to life both venues. The organisers and the guides all spoke wonderful English and were easy to understand and engage in conversation.
