I contacted Which? Adviser on 23rd August 2016 and went through my requirements. Lee Cartwright has been in contact with since then. All the requested documents sent to him and I was very surprised but pleased that my requirements has been met by 26th August 2016. We were very happy to proceed with the product switch.
