This was our first experience in using Which mortgage advisors, I would just like to thank Victoria Salter and Claire Morgan, the customer service experience was first class and both were extremely helpful and professional, there were a couple of hurdles to overcome and they both played there part in resolving the issues very quickly and we were kept in the loop every step of the way. If any other business or organisation needed help with thier customer service experience they should be using Victoria and Claire as role models.
