Delivery was quick and customer service was great. The product itself I was unsure of at first how effective they actually were. It took me a few days to get use to the technique of breathing in through my mouth and out my nose without actually inhaling but once I got the hang of it I really enjoy using my Monq diffusers. They help me feel more relaxed by easing my irritability and anxiety, and I do seem to sleep better after using sleepy. It's hard to pick a favourite as I really enjoy all 7 blends and will definitely be getting more.
