I had a brand new car only 3 months old and it’s been in the garage nearly 3 months they saying it’s only contaminated fuel 🤣 which don’t take 9-10 weeks to fix , also told I need to claims from insurance as they don’t cover it on warranty, the rac told me it’s not mid fuel and the engine would not bang like it did with miss or contaminated fuel , they don’t offer a dilivery service but it’s on all the voice notes while on hold saying ask about our home dilivery service , Skoda is a joke rude staff and I will never buy another ever ,back to vw I go where the service and aftersale is amazing
